Our Environmental Commitment

Promenades Shopping Centre is committed to working closely with the community of Bridlington and the surrounding regions. As well as providing the community with opportunities to get involved with activity in the centre as much as possible, we are also committed to:

– Care for the environment
– Reduce our energy consumption as much as possible
– Promote the recycling of waste among all our retailers

Our commitment to these elements is the reason we’re recognised as a Green Achiever. This is the recognition of the hard work the team puts into achieving our goals and dealing with issues that matter to both us and customers.

We continue to commit ourselves to achieve these goals as much as possible and there’s ways that visitors to the centre can help us, whether it is recycling the right waste in the right bins, through to ensuring you don’t litter in and around the centre. It’s even as simple as taking the bus to come and see us and helping reduce emissions in Bridlington town centre. It is things as simple as this that ensure that we will continue to be a green, community-friendly shopping centre that everyone can enjoy.
